Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Lead process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Develop KPI dashboards and implement data-driven decision frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, sales, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations
- Mentor operations team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years operations management experience in tech/retail sector
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and ERP systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team-building track record
- BA/BS in Operations, Business, or related field
