Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment teams
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams through performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Prepare operational reports and executive dashboards
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
