Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs and strategic goals
- Manage budget allocation and financial performance for operational departments
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and process automation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
