Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage KPIs and performance metrics through data-driven decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for operational units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in supply chain, logistics, or distribution
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in union environments
