Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for 50+ partners
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive data-driven decision making
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve quarterly targets
- Coordinate with executive leadership on operational strategy and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations management with tech industry background
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost reduction
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing remote and hybrid teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
