Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control systems and vendor relationships
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and enhance service levels
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Mentor and develop high-performing operational teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and ERP platforms
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in APICS or CSCP highly desirable
