Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead 8-10 person operations team with performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Manage $2M+ operational budget and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and sales on product deployment scaling
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry regulations
- Drive strategic planning for 18-24 month operational roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process reengineering and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership background with team development success
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification required
- Experience scaling operations from 50 to 500+ employees
