- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including warehouse, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Create and maintain operational budgets with strict adherence to financial targets
- Lead a team of 15+ direct reports through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations leadership within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain workflows and reducing operational costs
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
