Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Develop/implement KPIs to measure operational efficiency and team productivity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in supply chain optimization and vendor management

- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Certifications (Six Sigma, PMP) highly valued
