- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain optimization
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations/supply chain leadership
- Proven success in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- OSHA/DOT certification required
