Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 15+ operational staff
- Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management with team leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management essential
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
