Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes including supply chain, logistics, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ professionals through performance management and training
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal value
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
