Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including logistics, supply chain, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operational staff
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company strategy
- Monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive performance reports
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing workflows and reducing operational costs
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
