Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
