Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities including inventory management, warehouse logistics, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through performance metrics and continuous feedback
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to identify optimization opportunities and drive decision-making
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all operational areas
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation to achieve financial targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics/supply chain processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making and KPI management
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP highly desirable
