Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and cross-train a team of 15+ warehouse and logistics personnel
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments for smooth supply chain flow
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company standards
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in operations/supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse/distribution operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management systems
- OSHA certification and advanced safety program management experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
