Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operational staff
- Analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing/service environments
