Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations ensuring 99.5% on-time delivery
- Lead a team of 15+ staff through performance management and development initiatives
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and inventory levels
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time operational visibility
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety records
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis of operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30 certification and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred
