Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
