- Manage team performance through coaching and development programs
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and procurement departments
- Implement safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures
- Develop operational budgets and monitor cost control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ in team leadership
- Proven experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry compliance standards
