Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage KPI tracking and data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and sales teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in supply chain/logistics optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process training
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
