Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and transportation departments
- Develop and optimize operational workflows to maximize productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of 15+ professionals
- Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Utilize data analytics to drive operational KPI improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ employees
- Expertise in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license required
