Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse, transportation, and inventory management operations
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs for on-time delivery and cost efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Analyze operational data to drive strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Collaborate with IT on WMS/TMS system optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in warehouse automation and distribution networks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving experience
- OSHA 30-hour and DOT compliance certifications preferred
- Ability to lead during peak seasons and high-pressure situations
