- Manage cross-functional teams including logistics, warehousing, and customer service personnel
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive strategic decisions and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to streamline supply chain operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven track record of optimizing workflows and reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and KPIs
- OSHA certification and DOT compliance knowledge
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
