Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and inventory management divisions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and process re-engineering
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team-building success
- Deep understanding of logistics regulations and compliance requirements
