Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ logistics professionals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams for seamless supply chain coordination
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in warehouse/distribution operations management
- Proven track record in process optimization and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Experience in high-volume distribution environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
