Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Develop and execute process improvement strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-departmental teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with ROI-focused decision making
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process certification
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
