Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement operational improvements to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Manage warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams (15+ direct reports)
- Develop SOPs and compliance protocols for OSHA and ISO standards
- Analyze performance metrics using Power BI/Tableau to drive data decisions
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and client relations teams
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions
- Maintain $5M+ operational budget with quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management
- 5+ years progressive operations leadership experience
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong PMP or CPIM certification
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Experience in logistics hubs or port-adjacent facilities
- OSHA 30 certification required
