Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution coordination
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Manage cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, and customer service departments
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and resolve supply chain issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in logistics or warehouse management with team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and reduce operational waste
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Fresno's transportation infrastructure
