Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement KPI-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8+ operations specialists
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service departments to align operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage annual operational budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics or tech manufacturing
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team development
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or PMP preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
