Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring seamless execution across warehouse, transportation, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and customer service
- Optimize resource allocation and inventory management systems
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive operations management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
