Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency

- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational resources

- Collaborate with executive leadership on budget planning and resource allocation
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and reducing costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or tech operations highly desirable
