Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Develop/implement process improvement frameworks using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing operational KPIs and strategic initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP required
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in BI tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
