Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams through performance metrics and coaching
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or APICS highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
