- Manage $2M+ annual budget with rigorous cost-control measures
- Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for DC metro operations
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% operational uptime
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in regulated industries
- Proven track record optimizing complex workflows in high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong PMP or Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling
- Expertise in DC-area regulatory compliance and labor laws
