Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with quarterly KPI reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams through change management and digital transformation
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning and long-term growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ professionals
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and WMS implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Experience managing P&L statements and operational budgets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
