Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across supply chain, inventory, and logistics departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational specialists, fostering high-performance culture
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for operational functions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management within logistics/tech
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team management success
- Project management certification (PMP/CPIM) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
