Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse and distribution centers
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and inventory control
- Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Lead crisis management and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and change management abilities
- Experience in transportation/distribution industry preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
