Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure operational efficiency and team performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage a 15-person team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with finance and HR departments for budgeting and compliance
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system optimization
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in manufacturing or tech
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $2M+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
