Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Coordinate with vendors and supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Prepare operational budgets and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Excellent project management and conflict resolution abilities
