Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of 20+ operations specialists
- Collaborate with logistics vendors to ensure seamless transportation networks
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Manage annual operational budgets and expense controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in warehouse/distribution management experience
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel and BI tools
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
