Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Analyze KPIs to ensure performance targets are met/exceeded
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Lead 8-10 direct reports through performance coaching and development
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Coordinate with sales and customer service for seamless order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years operations management experience in logistics/transportation
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
