Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 key departments: logistics, inventory control, and vendor management
- Develop and implement KPI-driven operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and development
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual budget with precise cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational scalability plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in high-growth tech/retail sectors
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP required
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record of building high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of Boston's logistics landscape and regulatory environment
