Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, inventory, and vendor management
- Lead process optimization initiatives reducing operational costs by 15% annually
- Manage 8-person team through performance coaching and strategic resource allocation
- Develop/implement KPIs tracking productivity, quality, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with C-suite on annual budget planning and cost reduction strategies
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record optimizing supply chains and reducing operational waste
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Professional certification (CPIM, PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt)
