Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage the departmental budget, forecasting costs and identifying areas for financial optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic operational goals and long-term business plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management.
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and reducing costs.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
