Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Develop/implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs and deadlines
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with leadership on strategic planning and operational scaling
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
