Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and supply chain activities to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, control operational expenses, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies with certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and change management
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus
