Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Manage team of 20+ staff through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service departments
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet SLAs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warehouse environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
