Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure a seamless and productive work environment for all staff members.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing contracts, negotiating rates, and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and client meetings, handling all logistics and budgeting.
- HR & Administrative Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, maintain employee records, and coordinate with payroll and benefits providers.
- Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office inventory, track supply usage, and place orders to ensure the office is fully stocked and organized.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of detail.
- LA-Based: Must be willing and able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot office issues independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
