Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including reception, mail handling, and facility management.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, including office suppliers, cleaning services, and IT support, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are executed flawlessly.
- Office Budgeting: Create and monitor the office budget, tracking expenses related to supplies, repairs, and utilities to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and answering general HR inquiries.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in office management or administrative supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., Calendly, Asana, or similar).
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address office issues efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
